    Wedding Of King Peleus And Thetis
    All the gods attend the wedding of Peleus and Thetis, bringing splendid presents. Eris, goddess of arguing, is the only immortal not invited, so she drops amongst the wedding guests a golden apple with an inscription “To The Fairest”. This causes a serious argument between Hera (wife of Zeus), Athene (daughter of Zeus, goddess of war and wisdom), and Aphrodite (goddess of love and beauty), and gives Zeus a headache.

    Judgement of Paris
    Hera, Athena, and Aphrodite wanted the golden apple and asked Zeus to judge which one of them was the fairest. Zeus deemed that Paris, a Trojan mortal, would judge instead. The three goddesses bribed him but Aphrodite bribed him with the most beautiful woman in the world, Helen of Sparta, the wife of the greek king Menelaus.

    Paris Goes To Visit King Menelaus Of Sparta
    Abandoning his wife, Paris sets off to Sparta to meet the King Menelaus and his wife Helen. After being introduced to Helen, Paris wins her heart with the help of the goddess Aphrodite. He then sails off with Helen and a portion of King Menelaus' treasure.

    Greek Troops Sail To Troy
    Menelaus raises a thousand ships to sail to Troy. They try to secure the return of Helen but the Trojans refuse therefore invoking the beginning of the Trojan War.

    Death Of Patroclus
    Patroclus convinces Achilles to let him march out instead of him, wearing his armor. He fights the Trojan army back to the walls of Troy and would've completely succeeded if not for the intervention of Apollo. He is then killed by Hector.

    Death Of Hector
    After Hector kills Patroclus, Achilles vows to get revenge. He goes on to the battlefield with new armor and kills many Trojans. The Trojans retreat behind the walls of Troy, all except Hector, who was tricked by Athena. Achilles kills Hector and takes his body refusing to give it back to the Trojans.

    Death Of Achilles
    Achilles killed one of the Trojan allies allowing him to chase the Trojans back to the walls of Troy once more. He managed to enter the city but since the gods deemed that he killed far too many of their children he needed to die. Achilles was killed by a poisoned arrow to the heel shot by Paris.

    At the end of the 10th year of the Trojan War, it was prophesied that Troy could not fall without Heralces' Bow. The bow was with Philoctetes in Lemnos so Odysseus and Diomedes retrieved him. Philoctetes shot and killed Paris.

    Odysseus disguised himself as a beggar to go spy inside Troy but was recognized by Helen. Since she was homesick, they plotted together. With Helen's help, Odysseus and Diomedes were able to steal the Palladium.

    Oddysseus orders that they make a large wooden horse to leave at the gates of Troy. The wooden horse was hollow so they could hide inside of it and waited for the Trojans to bring the horse inside the city. Against some counsel they kept the horse and the Greeks waited until midnight to climb out and kill the guards.

    The Greeks were merciless when they destroyed Troy. The Trojans were desperate in their attempt to fight back, being leaderless they were destroyed along with the city. Menelaus killed many Trojans and was going to kill Helen but was overcome by her beauty. He brought Helen on to the retreating ships.
