    I began kindergarten on August 11, 2004. I was very nervous, but I was also excited. Kindergarten was a very important year in school for me. I made more friends and learned how to read and write.

    I started playing soccer in spring of 2005, when I was 5. I was nervous about soccer, but I was excited to be starting a sport. I have played soccer since then. I enjoyed learning to play soccer.

    I got a dog in early 2005. This was a significant point in my life because having a dog taught me responsibility. I had been asking for a dog for at least a year. I was very excited to finally have my dog.

    I competed in my first horse show in 2008, when I was 9. Competing made me excited and worried. Although I had just started riding, I got second place in my group. It was very special to me to be able to compete in the show, although I was not very good at riding.

    My best friend moved to Mississippi in July of 2010. We were friends from kindergarten to 5th grade. She had to move because her mom got remarried. When she left, I lost one of the only friends I had.
