After the fall of the Sui Dynasty, the Duke of Tang took power through a reblion. His rule created a new golden age, with large amounts of areas conqured. -
After empress Wu, the power of Buddhism starts to waine and Confutionism grows in power. To continue their growth, Confutionist convince the goverment to put restriction onto Buddhist.

Empress Wu was the first empress of the Tang Dynasty through minipulation and marige. During her rule (690-705) Chinese Buddhism reaches its height and becomes the dominating religion. -
Emperor Xuanzong
Emperor Xuanzong was the Tang ruler that restarted the Tang dyansty. He ruled from 713-741. -
During the rule of Xuannzong, multiple of his political reforms were overruled by his concubine Yang Guifei. She aponed multiple members of her family to the court. Pessants revolted and failed. But the millitary was demorilived and the Tang Dynaty eventualy fell.
