Kiara Louris and Sabrina Eaton were assigned to be roomates for their academic lives at the University of Michigan. Kiara was a Nusing major, then decided to take an unrelated course in buisness managment. Sabrina was a Physics major and recieved her doctorates degree.

Kiara and Sabrina craved something sweet but as majors in the health and science department they wanted something healthy. They went to a nearby grocery store and then went to a friends appartment to make brownies using organic materials

The brownies that Sabrina and Kiara made were very delicious so they sold them at a dorm fundraising bake sale. The two made 100 brownies and sold them all. Everyone was interested in the product and asked for more to be made. Kiara and Sabrina both realized that this could be a great buisness opportunity and decided to enter into a partnership.
