It was called a 'Difference Engine', it was a automatic computing engine, not really like a computer now, it could perform mathematical calculations. it had six wheels which made it work. It looked very different to a computer now, it was very big and you could see all the the wires. I think that it could count as the 1st computer, but i dont think it really look like a computer and did the thing that we think computers do now.
