After wool was gathered it had to be spun into yarn and then woven into fabric by hand. A machine called a spinning jenny, first conceived by James Hargreaves in 1764, made it easier to spin yarn.(Britanica) While they had to gather wool they had new technology to help. Once they got all the wool, they spun it with new and improved things called spinning jenny. They invented this so that they can make yarn faster.(Analasis). -
Other changes that helped bring about the Industrial Revolution included the use of steam, and later of other kinds of power, in place of the muscles of human beings and of animals.(Britanica) These changes helped in many ways, because they used the steam powered things to cross rivers or countries. They used animals so that people didn’t have to waste their energy. They have built new things so they can live better lives.(Analasis) -

This system of manufacturing is based on the concentration of industry into specialized—and often large—establishments.(Britanica) Adopting the factories was a good idea, because it was easier to build stuff with pre-built stuff.
