  • Concord

    The Concord began between the colonists in Boston (British).
  • Lexington

    Send from Paul revere, William Dawes, and Samuel Prescott the word that a lot of British troops were sent for concord. It occurred to be the Battle of Lexington which was the first Revolutionary War.
  • Bunker Hill

    In Boston British striked at militiamen on Breed's Hill which caused the deadliest battle of the war.
  • New York

    On the other hand of trying to stop the rebellion, many soldiers sailed to New York to attempt to seize it.
  • Trenton

    They now went to Trenton, New Jersey to defeat a garrison of Hessians in a surprise attack which the British came along and captured the American capital at Philadelphia.
  • Saratoga

    It turn out that the surrender at Saratoga which was the most important events of the war. The France belief that the Americans could've win the war was bolstered from the Saratoga victory.
  • Valley Forge

    There was an amazing transformation in which a Prussian captain and talented master named Friedrich von Steuben helped train the Continental Army.
  • Marquis de Lafayette

    Lafayette also came to help and lobbied France for French and led a command in Virginia in the last year of war which the Continental Army became more effective in a fighting force.
  • YorkTown

    French defeated the British and the routes to the bay. The French then surrounded the British on the Yorktown and began to bombard them with the Americans. Finally, the Cornwallis were surrendered.
  • Treaty of Paris

    Treaty of Paris was signed and they confirmed the U.S. independence and boundaries towards the new nation.
  • Philadelphia

    A rich merchant named Robert Morris and Haym Salomon raised money to help provide the salaries for the Continental Army.
