In 1994 a man named Jaap C. Haartsen laid the foundations for a system that would later be known as Bluetooth which allows someone to connect multiple electronic devices via radio frequencies. Bluetooth has changed the future in how we do everything as now with bluetooth almost everything is wireless such as connecting a pair of headphones to our telephones to listen to music or connecting to cars and many other things. -
Camera Phone
A man named Philippe Kahn created the telephone with a camera where you were able to send photos instantly on public networks. This feature set up the future of telephones and their basic feature as every phone nowadays has cameras to take not only photos but videos too and are able to send them to anyone at anytime anywhere. -
iPod
The iPod is the foundation for the company Apple created by Steve Rogers and also is the start of music streaming. Without the iPod we would not have anything apple such as the iPhone which is almost a key factor to most peoples everyday life. -
Facebook
Facebook may not be the founder but it definitely made social media what it is today. founder Marc Zuckerberg created facebook to interconnect the world through a platform. Without facebook we wouldnt have all of the social media that we have today such as Snapchat, instagram, and tiktok and it would be a lot harder to keep track of the world around us and friends and families too. -
YouTube
YouTube is a social media owned by Google where anyone can post videos of anything for the rest of the world to see it. it was made by Steve Chen, Chad Hurley, and Jawed Karim who were all former employees of PayPal. YouTube is such a crucial part of society nowadays because EVERYONE uses it. to watch videos to waste time, learn something new, or look at old memories.
