Chromebooks allowed everything google related to be in one place. They figured that most of the time spend was in a browser. By one platform you were able to access Gmail, Google hangouts, Google docs, along with non google related sites as well. -
The Alexa's starting cost was $199 or $99 for Amazon prime members. The smart speaker was only available by invitation for the first few months before going to the public worldwide. Alexa has made the smallest tasks, ever easier. She can add groceries to a list, order things online for you, and even answer questions. I personally have an Alexa in my bedroom, kitchen, and even the garage. -
Windows 10 brought new features that helped evolved computers.
It gave an option to put the computers into hibernation. Cortana was introuduced, a virtual assistant. It also improved multitasking. It allowed for multiple screens to be open side by side for easier access. -
TikTok hit 1 billion downloads globally in February 2019. Tiktok is a social media platform that allows people to have an outlet to express themselves in creative ways. People post short videos to share across the community.
