    Designed by Steve Wozniak, and marketed by Steve Jobs. The Apple-1 is a single-board computer for people to pursue their hobbies. The success of the apple led the pair to start a new company, naming it Apple Computer, Inc. In all, about 200 of the boards were sold before Apple announced the follow-on Apple II a year later. The system was the same as it was back then too.

    The year when Gary Kildall develops the first commercially successful operating system. These were used to construct Microsoft's DOS. They consisted of microprocessors that allowed the PC kits to process the things the had to faster.

    The hit science fiction movie Star War's was launched in 1977, With its computer generated special effects made it a staple in pop culture as a hole. Effects like light sabers or lasers or even the wireframe animation during the Death Star briefing scene, at the time this was a massive improvement for entertainment as a whole. The movie is still popular today, if you were to ask random people what star wars is 9/10 people would explain it.

But more as something families can enjoy. With Titles like Pong, Adventure, Centipede, and Space Invaders that made it popular it was a must have for any child or adult.

    Similar with Star Wars effects the movie industry develops their special effects with computers for movies like Disney’s TRON and Lucasfilms Star Trek The Wrath of Khan. Eventually other movie companies caught on with this idea of digital editing and special effects. Through the influence of Star Wars, movies such as, Robo Cop, Aliens, and Planet of the Apes were created. This Commercial shows the potential of Science Fiction then and now.

    The CD-ROM is Introduced.
    Originally CD's were only for listen to music on PC. They were given eventually given disk drives for multimedia. CD-Rom drives provided music, games, encyclopedias and reference information. This was the invention that kicked off for multimedia. PC's were never the same after that. The personal computer was a for any thing and everything.

    since 1983 the electronic game market has been falling rapidly. Until Nintendo released its famicom later naming it the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) when it was shipped to America. With games like Legend of Zelda, Megaman, Super Mario Bro's, and Duck Hunt the NES was a smash hit. The system made the American game industry skyrocket and popularity was responsible for turning Mario the plumber into one the most recognizable characters in pop culture history.

    1991’s James Cameron's sequel to his 1984 hit movie Terminator, Terminator 2 featured twice as much special effects than it's original counterpart. Such as image morphing as a special effect it was a massive step forward for movies. Making a record over $100 million making it the most expensive movie made at the time.     The world wide web goes into public use, and a year later google was developed by Sergey Brin and Larry Page as the most used search engine. Google itself is an overall symbol of internet as a whole. It made over $2 million in a decade. Google became one of the many symbol's of the internet. Over time google made the computer a tool for information.

    The term Wi-Fi becomes part of the computing language. Users begin connecting to the Internet without wires. Its described as a noun that describes a facility allowing computers, smartphones, or other devices to connect to the Internet or communicate with one another wirelessly within a particular area.

    Apple unveils the Mac OS X operating system. Microsoft rolls out Windows XP. a few years later the iPhone comes out and then Microsoft's X-box. The feud between Microsoft and Apple still goes on today so every year or two they released something new to trump the other. due to this we have what we have now, with apples
    iwatches and iPhone 7X+, and with Microsoft's Xbox One and Windows 10.

    Mark Zuckerberg provides the internet with Facebook, the social networking site and the launch of YouTube in 2005, a video sharing service, is founded. Both of these site are what made the internet bloom to what it was today. With the social media of face book and the video sharing popularity of You Tube, carriers spread to a unique level.     Every thing a computer did, a smart phone could do more. the release of apples first smart phone change the world. For better and for worse. For some the smart phone provided a hand held computer that provided social media and working benefit. For other's it was a tool for slipping behind on the important things in life or draw all attention to nowhere BUT the phone.

    When Face Book gains 1 billion users, social media became a very popular trend. Pretty soon new kind of social media sights were practically spread like wild fire and new kinds of social media sites began to show up. You got Snap Chat, Twitter, Skype, Twitch, Tumbler, ETC. You're most likely gonna find only three or four people who doesn't use at least 1 of these things. People were posting more than just pictures or messages.
