The Itunes store was created in 2003, this allowed consumers to purchase music digitally and play it whenever they wanted. This site took off, and by January of 2009 Itunes had sold over six billion songs. -
DVR
The DirectTV HD DVR came out in 2004, this device allowed consumers to record shows and watch them at their own convenience. This device became extremely popular, and the idea of being able to watch shows at your own leaisure was extremely popular. -
FaceBook
FaceBook is a social interaction site that allows people to write posts, share lifeevents, and keep in touch with friends and relatives. FaceBook today is one of the most popular and most visited sites. -
YouTube
Youtube was registered on February 14, 2005. The website allows public access and sharing of videos. The site soared in popularity and currently holds a place in the top five most visted sites on the Internet. -
