  • ESPN.com was Launched

    ESPN.com was Launched
Although ESPN (the channel) was launched in 1979, the website for ESPN didn't come into existence until September 3, 1998. ESPN is the home of sports, and it is especially for me. ESPN.com is my home page and it is where I go to see any information on sports. The amount of information on sports available is incredible and I certainly have put my trust in ESPN.com to give me the top sports news, statistics, etc.
  • Game Boy Color was Released

    Game Boy Color was Released
The Game Boy Color was the first game console I had ever gotten. Growing up I would play the Game Boy Color a lot, especially during long car rides when we would go on vacation or visit family. Games like Donkey Kong Country and Mario Tennis were two of my favorites.
  • Playstation 2 was Released

    Playstation 2 was Released
The Playstation 2 was my favorite game console growing up. I remember getting it for Christmas when I was young and I remember playing it constantly. It was a big part of my childhood. I would have friends over so we could play each other on it, which was always fun.
  • iTunes was Launched

    iTunes was Launched
I frequently visit iTunes to download/purchase music. I usually receive iTunes giftcards on holidays as a gift. iTunes is reliable and an easy source to purchase any song you can think of. Being able to use an iTunes gift card to purchase a new song is a rewarding feeling.
  • Facebook was Launched

    Facebook was Launched
I have had my own facebook for several years now. The good thing about Facebook is that everyone seems to have one. All of my friends have a Facebook and all of my family members have one as well. Facebook has helped me communicate and socialize with friends and family by either posting statuses, posting pictures, or using the chat.
  • Firefox was Released

    Firefox was Released
I don't use Internet Explorer and I don't use Google Chrome. Instead, I use Firefox. Firefox is the browser I use on my laptop. I like the way it looks and it has good speed (loads quickly). I use it whenever I go online on my laptop, which is regularly.
  • YouTube was Launched

    YouTube was Launched
I have used YouTube for awhile now. It's a great way to share moments/experiences in your life with those all around the world. With it, I have been able to see/learn how to do many things such as tieing a tie, or putting in contacts. I have learned a lot from YouTube and am thankful for it. I've also seen many funny and entertaining videos, as well as instructional ones.
  • First Generation iPod Nano was Released

First Generation iPod Nano was Released
The first generation iPod Nano was the first iPod I owned. I remember constantly listening to music on it. It was the first time I was able to listen to the songs I liked away from home. I'd be able to put my own, personal music onto it where I could listen to it when and wherever I wanted.
  • Twitter was Launched

    Twitter was Launched
Twitter is the most recent social networking site I have joined. Sadly, I check it daily on my phone. It allows me to see what my friends are up to and it's a great way of communicating. Another great thing about Twitter is that you are able to follow celebrities or professional athletes and be able to see their thoughts and what they're doing on a daily basis.
  • iPhone was Released

    iPhone was Released
The first iPhone was released in 2007. I currently have an iPhone 4s, which was released on October 14, 2011. I use it on a daily basis and am able to do many things with it. With it, I am able to text/call, listen to music, play games, check the weather, go online, and many other things. The iPhone is a very powerful and helpful tool.
