    The EU plans an arms embrgo and other sanctions on Syria. It does not penalise the President personally. They send tanks, hundreds are arrested and troops are seen in the suburbs Western diplomats say that Iran is assisting the crackdown. I thought it was important because the whole world doesn't know about how the people were being treaded there so they sided with Assad and it cause an uproar in the activist to get the support of the world.
