The Supreme Court ruled on the segregation of African-Americans in public schools to be unconstitutional and unequal. But equal schools are inherently unequal; therefore the desegregation was mandated of all schools. This overturned the Plessy v. Ferguson case.This was a huge step for civil rights movement

Section 503 prohibits employment discrimination and section 504 states any agency that receives federal funding cannot discriminate against individuals with disabilities. Section 508 requires accessible information technology to be available​ to people with disabilities.

    Here are my top ten, I feel that each and every one of these topics hit right on. I am all for Special Education Help. My daughter is visually impaired and I had to go through all of these processes​ and it helped 100%. I would recommend each of these.
