Fray Maros was a frair (a preist) and went on an exposition to find welth, and heard rumors of the 7 cities of gold and then lied saying he saw the 7 cities of gold. -

Moscoso's voyage
The purpose of the trip was to find gold after De Vaca mapped his voyage. The leader was De Soto and he ended up dieing at the Mississippi river. -

Coronado
Coronado's goal was to conquer the 7 cities of gold, but then found out that he did all this traveling for nothing, because there was no 7 cities of gold. He wanted to kill Fayer for lieing, but he was gone the next morning. Then came a guy named Turk that said that there was another cities that was just gold, everything was gold. So Coronando believed him, but then ended up killing Turk, because there was no other city.
