Watching music videos has never been easier than now. With this social networking site, people can upload and view videos to share with friends and the wide world. This started many internet sensation stars, even leading to recognition of Justin Bieber. -
Twitter Launches
A new way to post status updates and follow people of interest to you. Short captions, pictures, memes, and gifs... This site has it all and allows you the freedom to post what you want, when you want. -
Pinterest Launches
This site allows the sharing of pictures and ideas. A handy site for the DIY person and many teachers to share ideas. It made organizing ideas and goals easy by being able to "Pin" ideas to catergorized groups made by the person pinning them. -
Instagram Launches
After all of the sites launches, another site highlighting pictures with short captions captures the attention of many. Instagram famous becomes a phrase coveted by many high school and college age students. Planning and posting the perfect picture with filters is the goal. -
Snapchat Launches
Pictures and video clips of 3-7 seconds of whatever you want to record makes sharing every moment of your life even easier. Sending disappearing pictures and videos also opened up a can of worms with issues of nudity and child pornography (sending underage nude pictures to other people).
