    Pizarro landed on the Pacific coast of South Africa with a small amount of men, however they also brought steel weapons and horses. Their arrival also brought smallpox which, decimated the population of Incas. The Inca emperor died to smallpox and his sons fought over the throne;Pizarro used this to his advantage and established a new capitol/colony for the Spanish Empire.
