The Six Day War was a war that, obviously lasted six days. It was caused by Israel sending warplanes to strike Egyptian airfields. -
Although this did not end the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, any sign of peace is a good sign. On this day, Israel and Egypt signed a peace treaty. -
The Oslo Declaration’s purpose was to declare that Palestine has obtained self-government. It was signed by Rabin and Yasser Arafat. -
During this time, parliament passed a law. This law allowed many Jewish settlements to be built on Palestine property.
