    The Missouri compromise
The Missouri compromise was whether Missouri should be a slave or free state. A fact and one of the reasons the south said Missouri should be a slave state is there were already slaves there. One of the norths reason to be free is that James Tallmadge of New York not just a normal man, but a congressman proposed that all slaves once at the age of 25 be set free, and no other slaves be brought in. They resolved the issue by a 2 part compromise.

The benifit in taking the swamps is that you could loose the dogs chasing you. The benifit from the mountians is that the caves provided shelter from the enviroment.

The benifit from the Mississippi river is that you dont have to walk you can boat. The bad thing about the swamps is that there are snakes and infouctious bugs you can get diseases from them.
