January 1994 – Following feedback from customers SoCoTS introduce two and three day visit plans with recommended overnight accommodation. -

May 2002 – 10,000 visits planned for customers. Company employs two additional office staff. -

January 2005 – Website redesigned to be interactive, customers able to send booking requests via the website. -
