    Who: French and Native Americans vs. British Colonies. Location: North America When: 1754-1763 Who won: The British Colonists How this is a cause that lead to war: This war put Britian in debt, forcing them to tariff goods to the colonists.
  • Proclamation of 1763

    Who issued it: Britain Who did it effect: The Colonies and Native Americans. When: 1763 What did the proclomation do to the colonies: It prevented them from settling the territory that Native Americans lived in. How is this a cause of war: This is a cause of war because it gave the colonists a motivation to fight back.
  • Stamp Act

    When was it enacted: 1765
    How did it affect the colonists: It increased taxes on goods. The Sons of Liberty protested it.
    How is this a cause for war: It strained the relationship between Britain and the Colonies even more.

    How did it affect the colonists: It placed soliders in civilians homes.
    How is this a cause for war: It heavily increased tensions.
