    1975 was the year of women. In 1975 took place the first conference to defend the women rights. 133 goberment representatives participated in it.

    Five years after the first conference, They made another conference. Then there were 145 goverment representatives. They reviewed the rights and improve some aspects.

    This year the conference took place in Nairobi. This conference promoted the women to participate in peace events and similar events.

    In 200 the conference took place in New York. They made new measures and initiatives for the application of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action.

    In 2005 they checked the Beijing Declaration and Platform to knew if the countries obey the deal

    They renewed again the deal.

    The 20th anniversary of the first conference. The rights adopted political aspect.

    This March there will be another conference.
