  • Britain and Patriot slaves alliance

    Lord Dunmore offers freedom to slaves that were against America; (Rebellious in a sense)
    all the slaves had to do was support Britain in the war
  • Battle of Bunker Hill

    so this is where the first major action of the war took place, before was all just tension and bombings.
    here, soldiers who were completely inexperienced held off the Brits at Breeds Hill, they lost the battle however, leaving 1000 dead in the scene. .
  • George Washington wanted some action too.

    Washington decided to move his troops into New Jersey on a quite Christmas night. much to the Germans surprise (there always mentioned somewhere in war stuff huh?)
    who were fighting for the Brits at Trenton.
  • British Sad sad invasion attempt at Charleston

    so the Brits attempted to invade an island, sounds easy enough right? apparently not as landing is hard or something, short story is that south Carolina had no scar that day
  • Winter of Change

    the continental army enters winter quarters at Valley Forge, Pennsylvania in order to improve their supply, while the Brits did Brit things like occupying Philadelphia.
  • France joins

    France allies itself to American alliance after seeing the Patriot victory at Saratoga.
    assisting Americans with financial and military aid.
  • Chareleston falls :-(

    after the Brits learned how to land properly, They take Charleston to its knees. this is to hang on to southern colonies.
  • longest siege of the war.

    Nathaniel Greene tries and fails to make his finale assault on the fort on June 18th,somehown the whole thing underlined that the Brits don't have enough troops to dominate the south.
  • The British army surrenders.

    America and the French band together and trap the Brits in a place called Yorktown, how embarrassing.
    out of options, General Cornwallis is forced to surrender.
  • Guilford Courthouse.

    The Brits take yet another victory, this time over continentals and Militia at Guilford courthouse.
  • Treaty of Paris

    well the War finally ends on the hands of Paris, signing a treaty.
