The battle of Lexington & Concord in 1775 was between the America v.s British in Boston Massachusetts.The leaders of the Americans were J.Hancock & S.Adams & the British general was T.Gage. This war ended on April 19, 1775 & the Americans won. This battle was also the reason it kicked off the American Revolutionary War. -
Siege of Ft. Ticonderoga
Fort Ticonderoga was located on Lake Champlain in northeastern of NY. On May 10, 1775 Benedict Arnold joined Ethan Allen & the Green Mount. Boys of Vermont in the attack of the fort by surprising and capturing the sleeping British garrison. This battle was the first American victory of the Revolutionary War. -

Washingotn rode up with reinforcements & rallied the fleeing militia, Brigadier General John Sullivan encoureaged the British to surrender, ending the battle.
