    Michael Jordans' Early Life
    When Jordan was a kid he alsways wanted to play baseball. Jordan was better at baseball than basketball when he was younger. Jordan made the high school team as a sophmore and that made him make up his mind to stay with basketball. Jordan set his goals so high that he started skipping classes and that made his dad very made. After he graduated high school he went to the University of North Carolina.

    Scottie was from a tiny town in Arkansas called, Hamburg.Scottie was the youngest of his 11 siblings and he always got included in family activities. When Scottie was younger he played baseball and basketball most of the time but as he got older sports began taking up more of his time. Scottie like sports so much that he even played football for a little while. When Scottie was a Sophmore in High school his father came home one day and collapsed.

    His father had a massive stroke and had to stay in a wheelchair becasue he was partially paralyzed. Scottie wanted to quit school and get a job but his mother and siblings wouldn't let him. Scotttie became a much better basketball player his senior year of high school. While he was playing there were no college recruits there to watch him. Scottie's coach called his old college and asked them to come watch Scottie play. Scottie decided to go to and play for Central Arkansas.

    Whenjordan made it to the University of North Carolina he began the Jordan Legend. He was an outstanding player and led his team to ACC championship. Jordan had to choose whether to become pro of return to North Carolina. After Jordan decided that he would go pro he signed a Seven year deal with the Chicago Bulls. Jordan was ready to start the next career of his life.

    Pippen decided to go to Central Arkansas College. When he was a freshman he didn't play much, but by his sophomore year he had grown again and he was ready for the season to start. He had become a better player. By junior year he started to impress the people who were watching. There was a person from the NBA scouting that had seen him play and told the general manager of the Bulls. Soon after the tryout camp for the Bulls he got drafted to them

    Jordan's NBA career begins
    After the Bulls had drafted Jordan, he had become a star to watch. After his rookie season he had his Air Jordan basketball shoes manufactored by Nike. At the start of the next season Jordan broke his foot, after landing flat foot on a dunk, and had to sit out for eight weeks. Throughout those eight weeks the Bulls lost eight of their next nine games. Jordan had to sit out even longer now because the bone didn't heal fast enough, he was out until if fully healed.

    When Jordan finally returned to the lineup, the Bulls got back on top fast. The Bulls finished their season in the playoffs against the Boston Celtics. The next season, the Bulls hadn't won as many games but they still made it to the playoffs. Jordan promised his parents that he would return to North Carolina and get his degree in geography.

    Pippen and Jordan became teammates after Pippen was drafted by the Bulls. The two did good at practices even though Jordan was very competitive. They were so good together that they got to the top of the standings. By the end of the season Jordan won the MVP award and the scoring crown. This season was also the year they won a championship. Pippen was still becoming better.

    Jordan's Gone, Pippen's Alone
    In July of 1993, Jordan's dad passed away. Michael was very upset, him and his father were very close. Before the start of the next season, Jordan called a press conference to announce that he was retiring from basketball. Scottie was ready he knew that with Michael gone he had to step up and carry his team to victory. At the begining of the season, Scottie sprained his ankle and would have to sit out a few games. Joradn began his baseball career and soon after, the Bulls season ended.
  • Back together

    Back together
    The Bulls began training camp while Jordan was still playing in the minor leagues. As the NBA season was ending Jordan called another press conference to announce that he woud retire from baseball. Jordan decided to come back to play basketball with the Bulls. After he returned he changed his number from 23 to 45. The next few seasons were great. They won 5 championships. The Jordan and Pippen duo were unbeatable.
