The first to use the poisonous gas was the Germans that attacked through Belguim and into France in August 1914. France used 26-mm of gas grenades in one of the battles in 1914 aganist the Germans. -
Battle of Neuve Chapelle
In this Battle the Germans and the british were fighting.they fought in between 10-13 in march 1915. This fight was trying to reduce a German Sailent Souch of Ypres. In this picture these are the Germans that have been caputred at the battle. -
The Second Battle of Ypres
This is also known as the british military history. This happend on April 22, 1915. This attack was witnessed the first use of the new German weapon which is the the cloud of poisonous gas. -

Was to the Ypres gas attack in Britain on September 1915. The new formed gas compinies attacked the German lines at LOOs. For both of these attacks they delevered there poisonous gas in pressurised cylinders. -
Neuve Chapelle
The first German use on artillery fired chemical shells. In this battle the Germans modified the 105-mm sharpnel surrounded lachrymator. The intention was to intially capure the german lines in this German salient then the village its self. -
Mustard gas
This was the first used by the Germans. They used this against the Russions at Riga in September 1917. The Allies reffer to mustard gas as Hot Stuff or H.S.
