    The Battle of Camden
    The Battle of Camden was lead by american general(s) Horacio Gates and Baron de Kalb. The british leader was Lord Cornwallis. This was almost just for fun. The generals had gotten a fresh new southern army and wanted to try them out against the british. Unfortunatly, the britts won and the american self-esteem was low for they had lost once again.     The battle of King's Mountain
    The battle of King's Mountain was lead by British General Major Patrick Ferguson. The American general was not named. This battle was fought becuase american patriots wanted to kill american loyalists. Fortunatly, the americans won, and the loyalists had to rethink their ideas about the patriots. This is a picture of the area where the battle was fought. The red line is where the British traveled and the blue line is where the Americans traveled to get there.

    The Battle of Cowpens
    The battle of Cowpens was lead by american leader Nathaniol Greene and british general Lord Cornwallis. This battle was fought becasue the americans wanted to confront Cornwallis once again and take back their land! America won, and they also realized some of the battle tacticts of the british.

    Battle of Yorktown
    The Battle of Yorktown was lead by american general(s) Layfayette, Washington, and Rachambeau. The british general was once again Lord Cornwallis. This battle was fought so the americans could trap the British and get supplies from New York. The americans won again! They took a huge part of the british army and 2 years late we sign the treaty of Paris! :)
