My parents had a digital camera which they used for capturing our memories together. -

My father often turns on the radio to listen to music, news, and dramas. -

Personal Insight:
I enjoyed looking at the pictures in the storybook as a toddler. Its pages were so colorful and fun to look at. -
Books
Description:
A book is a medium for recording information in the form of writing or images. Books are typically composed of many pages, bound together and protected by a cover.
Personal Insight:
Through worksheets and books from school, I learned how to read, write, and color things. Eventually, I was found reading thick books displayed at our home although I can barely understand them. -

My father made and managed a facebook account named after me where he posted my pictures. -
Newspaper

I remember borrowing my uncle's newspaper to read the comic strips and try answering the crosswords. -
Television
Description:
An instrument used to present moving images with the presence of sound. It is used to broadcast networks with a very limited program.
Personal Insight:
We always had a television but my first encounter with one was in 2014, at my guardian's home. I thought it only plays news, that's why I was not really interested in it until I discovered cartoon shows later on. -
Keypad Phone
Description:
A keypad is a block or pad of buttons set with an arrangement of digits, symbols, or alphabetical letters. Pads mostly containing numbers and used with computers are numeric keypads.
Personal Insight:
My father hands me a keypad phone where he plays music during the night to help me sleep. -
Laptop
Description:
A portable computer with a built-in LCD screen, keyboard, and trackpad. A laptop's screen is on a hinge, which allows it to open up when in use and to close like a book to keep it safe when stowed away.
Personal Insight:
I used our laptop to play games and watch downloaded movies such as barbie, snow white, frozen, etc. -
Tablet

A tablet computer, commonly shortened to tablet or pad, is a mobile device, typically with a mobile operating system and touchscreen display processing circuitry, and a rechargeable battery in a single, thin and flat package.
Personal Insight:
My mom bought a tablet for us which we used for entertainment by playing offline games and watching YouTube videos with my brother. -
Smartphone
Description:
It is a portable device that combines mobile telephone and computing functions into one unit. It can browse the Internet and run software programs like a computer. Smartphones use a touch screen to allow users to interact with them.
Personal Insight:
I had my first smartphone when I was 11. I used it to communicate with my classmates and family, watch YouTube videos, and play offline games. -
Wattpad
Description:
Wattpad is a website and app that aims to build a community for people who love to read and write.
Personal Insight:
A friend introduced wattpad to me and recommended stories we can read and talk about. I enjoyed reading through this app that I have until today. -
Social Media Platforms
Description:
These are websites or applications that allow users to create and share content or to participate in social networking.
Personal Insight:
I slowly started to explore different social media platforms (specifically Tiktok, Twitter, Instagram, and Spotify) which I use until now as means of communication and entertainment. -
Smart TV
Description:
A smart TV is a TV that can connect to the internet and access various streaming apps and web features.
Personal Insight:
My parents bought a smart TV for our new house. I remembered being fascinated by this kind of TV as it has some features of a smartphone such as search engine, YouTube, and Netflix.
