The Governing Board declaried that all textbooks are obsolte. A menu of resource websites are developed for each grade level. These websites will be used by students to discover information.

All students have network connected access via a computer, tablet, or hand held device.

The pilot program of a blended learning at home and school progrogram is comleted. Online course content has been developed and linked. Mock schedules have been developed, and volunteers to participate in the pilot have been enrolled.

120 students who were entering the 4th grade begin participating in the blended learning program. Students signed up to participate in the three year pilot program. Online course work has learning goals and mastery activities for students that are algined with grades 4, 5 6, and 7. Students will work at their own pace toward milestone standards. Studentw will participate in learning at home and in school.

Student portfolios were reviewed by teachers independent of the pilot program to determin growth of skills in student participants. Online curriculum and in person activities were reviewed. Student individual syllabus begin development for year two participation.

Pilot students participate in mid year academic challenge day. Students are divided into teams to apply their skills to solving real world problems.

Teachers independent of the pilot program evaulate student portfolio progress, and analyze if students have show two years of growth in the program.

Symposium copetiting beteen pilot students and 6th grade students in traditional classrooms. Analysis of problem solving strategies, application of skills, use of technology, and team work will all be evaluated to measure program sucess.

After determining the sucess of the blended learning program, it is expanded to incorporate more students. Simultaneousely, the program resources are shared with district teachers as a model to refine traditional classroom settings.
