    It is important for me to maintain a healthy weight. Foods like lean protein and low or nonfat dairy products are essential for maintaining a healthy weight. I should have at least 30-60 minutes of physical activity most days of the week. I need to protect myself from the sun, and wear sunscreen, especially at this age, because it prevents skin cancer in the future. It is important for me to build muscle, as most of my muscle will start to turn to fat. I should have eye exams every 1 to 2 years.

    I should use common sense to stay safe, and follow rules and regulations. To manage stress, it is crucial for me to eat right and exercise for at least 30 minutes most days of the week. It is important for me to know my family medical history, especially at this age. One of my goals for my routine health care should be to create a doctor-patient relationship. I should be cautious of any digestive problems, and I should speak up if they start to happen, as I am my best advocate.

    I need to eat good nutrition like, fruits, vegetables, and minerals, and cut back on salt. I need to get at least 30-60 minutes of exercise on most days of the week, which should include aerobic exercises. I should make sure to get regular medical exams. If I am smoking at this age, the best thing I can do for my health is quit. Topics of concern for this age are anxiety, cancer, and depression. I should make sure and get regular exams during this time period, like physical and dental exams.

    I should make sure to have a smoke and carbon monoxide detector in every floor and bedroom, and check it regularly. Make sure to continue healthy eating with foods like, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and lean meats. Get 30 minutes most of the days of the week, this can include walking, swimming, and dancing. Heart disease is a concern. I should continue to see my health care provider regularly. I should protect my heart by knowing blood pressure and BMI and keep them in a healthy range.
