I drew a picture for a contest, and I won, so my art was put on a bag. I got to go to Pierre, South Dakota and represent Alcester- Hudson school.

My dad brings my mom and I to Chcago every year for work, but last year he brought my brother, too. My dad got us tickets to a Chicago Bulls game on St. Patrick's Day. We also got to see the green river.

My grandma and grandpa live in Arizona, so for easter break or spring break we aways go to Arizona. When we go we go swimming, and we usually go shopping. My grandma makes cinnamon rolls, and my grandpa squeezes fresh orange juice.

My family and I took a trip to Missouri to see the College World Series Division 1 championships. We saw teams like Missouri, Depaul, U. Mass, and Southern Illinois.

My family and I went on an Alaskan cruise.

Before we go on the cruise ship in Alaska, we had to ride through the world's longest tunnel in a bus. I goes all the way through a mountain. When there was an earthquake in Alaska miners went through there and picked up all the pieces that had fallen,and there were only a few rocks on the ground.

When we went to Aslaska one of our excursions was dog mushing. We go tto go to the dog mushing camp where they train for the iditerod, and other races. We got to hold puppies , too.

We malso got to go whale watching when we were in Alaska. We saw humpback whales, and dolphins.

It was my first day of junior high on Tuesday.

The Vermillion JV softball team asked me to play with them this fall, and we had our fisrt game on Sunday.
