    To maintain a healthy lifestyle I should used preventative care and go through physical check ups at least every 5 years. Eat a proper diet with omega 3s, calcium, and sleep more. I should also avoid substances that could harm my adult life like drugs, alcohol, and smoking. Finally I should avoid accidental injuries.
  • 30's

    30's
    TO stay healthy here I should get a physical done every 5 years as well as preventative cares such as mammograms. I should try to maintain a healthy weight to lower my risk for cancer, reduce my sodium intake and exercise for 30-60 minutes a day.
  • 40's

    40's
    Here I should keep up with preventative care and have a physical every 2 to 3 years, as well as continue to exercise for 30-60 minutes. I should reduce my sodium here and look at my family history to learn of possible diseases and mood changes I may encounter.
  • 50's

    50's
    Here I should take regular physicals every 1 to 2 years, and continue with preventative care such as colonoscopies. I should also continue to exercise, eat fiber, continue to lower sault, and watch out for signs of menopause. I shall also have to manage my weight and diet for menopause will make that difficult.
  • 60's

    60's
    Here I shall have a checkup at least every year to have a physical. i shall continue with preventative care and monitor my heart while knowing the symptoms of a heart attack or heart disease. I shall exercise in order to stay healthy by playing tennis. I shall also include calcium in my diet to prevent osteoporosis.
