    I'm going to maintain a healthy diet in order to get important nutrients and avoid chronic diseases. I'm going to exercise regularly to keep a healthy weight, protect my skin, and continue to practice good hygiene. I'm not going to smoke or use illegal drugs, and I'm going to be responsible with alcohol as well as driving. I will also continue to have regular clinical check-ups. I've had a history with a poor sleep schedule, so I'm going to make sure my sleep is healthy when I'm in my 20s.

    I'm going to continue exercising regularly and keeping a healthy diet in order to maintain a healthy weight, and continue to have a healthy sleep schedule. I'm going to try and maintain healthy mental and emotional health, because of the responsibilities I will have when I'm in my 30s. I'm especially going to do things to avoid stress, because stress has already been a problem with me to begin with. I'm going to pay special attention to skin care, and I'm going to try and avoid back pain.

    I'm going to pay attention preventing diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and cancer, and I'm going to maintain healthy eating, sleeping, and exercising habits. I'm going to focus on avoiding physical conditions like arthritis and back pain, and I'm going to manage my stress that will come from the responsibilities I will have in my 40s. I'm going to try and maintain a healthy emotional state, and I'm going to focus on preventing skin problems, as well as vision or hearing damage.

    I'm going to maintain my healthy diet and nutrition intake, and continue to stay in good condition physically and mentally. I'm going to make sure and pay attention to the many health conditions that become more common during this age, such as cancer, depression, skin problems, heart disease, osteoporosis, and hearing loss. I'm going to keep up with routine medical exams, screening procedures, and immunizations, and I'm going to continue not to smoke as well as take action in reducing stress.

    Declining mental and physical health is common with people in their 60s, so I'm going to continue seeing my doctor and paying attention to any warning signs for serious health problems. I'm also going to pay attention to financial and familial responsibilities. I'm going to keep protecting my heart, maintaining a healthy diet and weight, and exercising regularly. I'm also going to continue keeping up with any diagnostic tests, health screenings and exams, and immunizations that I'll need.
