    In my 20s I will exercise regularly, eat a healthy diet, get enough sleep, protect my skin and eyes from the sun, get a medical check up every two years, get a testicular screening regularly, check my eyes, be careful when driving, and stay away from drugs and alcohol. I will try to lead a balanced life.

    In my 30s I will focus on maintaining a healthy weight, eating a healthy diet, reducing salt in diet, reducing stress, monitoring my body mass index, make sure my home has working smoke detectors, building muscle, getting dental exams as well as skin cancer and cholesterol screenings.

    40s
    Some health concerns I may have in this period are chronic pain, stress, blood pressure, blood glucose, body mass index, osteoporosis, and depression. To help with this I will relax, get plenty of exercise, and maintain a healthy diet. I will also get physical, dental, and eye exams, as well as cholesterol and diabetes screenings.

    Throughout my 50s I must continue exercising and eating a healthy diet while watching my weight, as well as challenging my body mentally and physically. I will drink alcohol only in moderation while reducing stress and anxiety. I will get a physical exam every 2 years as well as getting screenings for my cholesterol and different forms of cancer.

    During this decade my health mentally and physically will start deteriorating, and I will have to worry about medical conditions like heart disease, arthritis, and diabetes. I must try to protect my heart by exercising, eating healthy, and quitting smoking as well as drinking alcohol in moderation. I will go to the doctors for regular exams and vaccines as well as screenings for cancer, bone density, and blood glucose.
