    start paying attention to signs of any issue/ disorder that's present in your family (ex. family history of type 2 diabetes)

    In addition to what was just said, watch for pain, ED, and hair loss, as well as vision and hearing loss

    Have a good diet, exercise regularly, and continue to get exams as you would in your 50s- start to watch for signs of heart attack and stroke. Have more frequent check-ups. Your health is now decling just because your aging.
