    Maintain a healthy weight, eat lots of fruits and veggies, exercise regularly, sleep 6-8 hours of sleep each night, wear sunscreen, balancing working with free time, visiting the dentist yearly, going to the doctor for checkups every two years,wear my seatbelt everywhere I go, back pain prevention by stretching, skin cancer screening, and vision screening.

    Be careful to take it easy on your bones to prevent chronic pain, relax to prevent stress, keep track of things that can be damaging to your heart health, checkups every 2 years, dentist visit every year, skin exam, cancer screenings, immunizations.

    Pay attention to your diet, stay physically and mentally active, sleep 6-8 hours each night, be aware of stress, go to the doctor every 2 years for checkups, visit the dentist annually, hearing and sight testing, cancer screening, sexual health exams.

    Monitor factors that could be harmful to my heart health, keep a safe weight, eat healthy, annual checkups including vaccinations, cancer screenings, vision and hearing exams, skin exams, and sexual health exams, dentist visits biannually, and lots of exercise.
