    20's- In your 20's its important to make good lifestyle decisions and prevent accidental injury.
    Choices I'll try to implement into my life will be:
    - Eating a healthy diet, generally avoiding fast food, and trying to include vital nutrients like protein, calcium and potassium.
    - Not smoking tobacco and drinking in moderation
    - Never driving while drunk, and always wearing a seatbelt
    - Excercising regurlarly
    - Getting checked by a doctor regurlarly for illness and STD's, as well as a dentist

    30's- In my 30's, I'll try to
    - Maintain my weight by eating a healthy diet of mostly fruits and vegetables, whole grain
    and lean proteins, as well as essential vitamins/minerals + less sodium and fast food
    - Exercise regurlarly, for 30-60 minutes a day
    - Not smoking tobacco and drinking in moderation
    - Wear sunscreen to prevent skin diseases
    - Reduce stress by practicing relaxation techniques
    - Get regurlarly screened for chronic diseases and STD's, + regular checkups

    40's-
    In my 40's I will,
    - Take preventative action to prevent cancer, heart disease and diabetes
    - Eat right, exercise regurlarly, not smoke, drink in moderation and wear my seatbelt at all times
    - Get regurlarly screened for diabetes, skin cancer, STD's, breast cancer, heart disease,
    and also go in for a regular dental, eye and medical exam

    50's
    In my 50's, I will
    - Pay attention to nutrition and avoid sodium and unhealthy fats.
    My diet will consist of fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, grains, fiber, vitamins and minerals.
    -I'll try to get 30 to 60 minutes of exercise and watch the state of my mental and emotional health
    -Maintain a healthy weight
    -Get enough sleep, not smoke, drink sometimes
    -Get regurlarly checked for certain cancers, heart disease, and diabetes, as well as a regular dental and pyshical exam

    In my 60's I will
    - Watch for symptoms of heart attack and stroke
    - Check my blood pressure regurlarly to avoid heart disease
    and get a check-up once a year, as well as a dental exam, eye exam, and exams for
    types of cancer and gender-related illnesses
    - Eat healthy, not smoke and take supplements
    - Exercise regurlarly
