    I will protect myself from Melanoma through avoiding skin damage from the sun, only use prescription and over the counter drugs as needed, and attempt to reduce stress when possible.

    Knowing that my metabolism slows down in my 30's. I will maintain a healthy weight through a healthy diet including plenty of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, lean protein, and low- or nonfat dairy products.

    I will maintain a healthy weight through consistent excerrcise with 30 to 60 minutes of physical activity most days of the week through communal sports and working out.

    I will be aware of, and work to prevent or improve the state of my health concerns regarding chronic pain, stress, sexual and reproductive health as well as many other concerns.

    I will continue to eat with healthy intentions at the forefront of my diet in order to prevent future problems like diabetes and heart disease.

    I will continue my involvement in communal sports and working out while attempting to take up new physical hobbies like swimming.

    I will get enough sleep, reduce stress and drink alcohol in moderation while being aware of preventing cancer, digestive issues, and depression.

    I will cut back on the amount of sodium intake in my diet while limiting foods that are high in unhealthy fat and be sure to get plenty of the food pyramid included in my diet.

    My body will be less and less able to commit to high intensity workouts but I can continue other methods of excercise like swimming, running, and sports.

    I will continue to eat healthy with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and vegetables, 3 servigns of whole grains, 2 to 3 servings of dairy productsm and 56 grams of proteins per day.

    In my 60's sports will most likely become fairly hard on my body and I will therefore make sure to walk, swim, and jog regularly.
