S.W.O.T
In this part, students will start their life project creating a S.W.O.T( strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) about themselves where they identify and recognize their qualities, abilities, flaws and characteristics in their present life. In this activity students will use simple present tense to make the description.
EXAMPLE:
strength: I am good in science class
weakness: I am not good in reading
opportunity: I have science books
threat: I do not have internet connection -
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES AND ACTIONS
After identifying their abilities and obstacles, students will describe the short term actions they have to perform in 1 year to be able to reach their goal or general objective in 3 years. In this part, students will use future going to to describe the actions. EXAMPLE:
I am going to finish the school with good grades
I am going to save money to study veterinary -
GOAL OR GENERAL OBJECTIVE
Students will reach a personal or professional goal in 2 years after performing all the specific objectives and actions. In this part of the activity they will use future will to indicate that future event. EXAMPLE:
I will study veterinary
I will be the best vet ever
