Address safety factors such as proper equipment being used and how to properly perform exercises and activities. Have visual and verbal prompts for students to identify.

Perform an activity with safety factors in place for the students to get a feel for what the PE class will be like. Such as a weightlifting activity, but first demonstrating the proper technique and weight to use for the activity.

Go over possible risks learned previously in the week. Go over how we would deal with possible risks if they were to happen. Also go over how to prevent risks from happening.

Perform an activity in class to see how the students demonstrate what they learned during the week. Play a game with good physical activity such as basketball or dodgeball. See what they have learned overall during the week.

Go over what we learned during the week and give a quick test for students to fully understand what they learned. It will be simple verbal questioning to make sure students understand the risks and safety factors of physical education
