    First Step

    When an issue occurs a law is usually created to resolve the conflict in a peaceful matter

    Second Step

    A meeting is discussed in the chambers room. This is where all the meetings are held about important decisions. I t has to be schelduled at a certain time that everyone can attend.

    Third Step

    After the meeting is set up and it starts, there is an appointed person to lead it so it doesn't get out of hand and can remain organized

    Fourth Step

    The first thing is discussed is what conflict happened to result in establishing a new law. Once the issue is brought up then the citizens take turns from oldest to youngest to figure out how to resolve the issue and to create a law that will avoid it from ever happening again.

    Fifth Step

    A rough draft of a new law is created to get a basic understanding of what they want it to say. Since the government is a democracy the citizens have a say in what they want the law to be written about.

    Sixth Step

    After the rough draft is created it is then analyzed and revised. This takes several days in making sure that it is perfect. Everyone comes back together and schedules another meeting to review the final draft.

    Seventh Step

    Once everyone agrees on the new law that is established it is put into motion the next day and if anyone disobeys or goes against any of the laws that are created then the individual is to pay a fine and is punishable for time in jail.
