Prusiking was the first activity I did which was the first day. We had to put harness on us and connect a buckle that is attached to the rope which now there should be my harness connected to my rope. But we had to go in partners and one of the partners had to holed a rope at the end and pulls the rope tight. But my partner went first and then I went. Th ideas is to climb up a rope with you have to losen a not and push it up and you have to try to get to the top I had my go and i cryed.
