    Angkor discovery.
    King Jayavarman II is crowned king on 802, there was not a specific date. He rules until 850 and he was the first to discovered the kingdom of Angkor.

    Phnom Bakheng temple

    Phnom Bakheng temple
    Yashovarman I is crowned king, he rules until 900, he completed the Lolei, Indratataka, and Eastern Baray reservoirs and he also builds the Phnom Bakheng temple.

    Khmer civil war between Jayaviravarman and Suvyavarman I, Suvyavarman became the uncontested king. The construction begins on Western Baray

    New Dynasty

    Mahidharapura Dynasty was found by Jayavarman VI. He built the Phimai temple which is location in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand.

    Suryavarman II was crowned king, he rules until 1150. He was the one who designed Angkor Wat.

    Jayavarman VII becomes king

    Jayavarman VII, famous for defeating the Chams, becomes the new Khmer king. He sacks the Cham's capital in reprisal in 1191
