1432 - Constant invasions cause the Khmer to abandon Angkor. Over a few centuries, the jungles grows around and over Angkor. Its location is forgotten to time.
1440s - Khmer rules relocate the capital to Phnom Penh. -
Siamese [Thai] attacks the Khmer. They are able to defeat the Khmer King.

Vietnamese armies repeatedly attack Khmer forces in the Mekong River Delta. They finally defeat the Khmer. The approximate modern borders of Cambodia are determined.
