(which was Nazi Germany’s Air Force). The cause of this battle was that Germany had wanted to invade Great Britain...but in order to do that they had to destroy the Royal Air Force. The battle happened when Germany bombed Great Britain to destroy their Air Force. The battle started July 10, 1940 and ended October 31, 1940. -
Adolf Hitler started Operation Barbarossa, he sent his armies to invade the Soviet Union. What Hitler mostly wanted to do was to destroy what he saw as Stalin’s Jewish Bolshevist regime and he wanted to establish Nazi hegemony. This operation started June 22, 1941 and it eventually ended December 5, 1941. Operation Barbarossa was in the Soviet Union. The purpose of this was just to invade the Soviet Union.

The purpose of this was to compromise operation that was supposed to meet the British objective of securing victory on North Africa when allowing American armed forces a chance to engage in the fight towards the Nazis. This operation started November 8, 1942...as it ended November 10, 1942. This must’ve been in France because it was an Anglo-American French invasion. This happened because there was an uneasy compromise between western allies.
