    A small force of Green Mountian Boys captured a small British outpost. Important preople: Benidict Arnold, Ethan Allen (Comanders)
  • Second Continental Congress meets

    Second Continental Congress meets
    A meeting between delegates of the 13 colonies over the war effort of America during the Revolutionary War
  • Battle of Bunker Hill

    A Patriot attack (about 2,400) VS. the British (about 3,000+).
    A British victory (because the Patriots ran out of gunpowder).
    It showed that America was brave enough to fight the strongest army in the world.

Benedict Arnold, anticipating the maneuver, placed significant forces in his way. While Burgoyne succeeded in gaining control of Freeman's Farm, it came at the cost of significant casualties.
