Radio was both the first media that we have encountered since Mirasol lived in a rural area and Lovely and her family didn't have much in their home. -
Television
This year electricity has reached Mirasol's place and Lovely's mother was able to purchase television -
Keypad Phone
We were in our fourth when both our parents gave us hand phones. It was mainly used for communication such as texting and calling. Things like group messages (gm), jejemon and etc. were prominent at this period. -
Computer
Platforms online was introduced to us such as e-books, youtube, friendster and etc. Lovely had her account on yahoo and facebook created this year. The computers this time was still on Windows 7. -
Touchscreen Phone
Mirasol had her first phone which is touch screen. She had access to social media such as facebook because of the phone. She would spend most of her time reading e-books on her phone -
Laptop
As years go by, the machines invented was evolving to better serve the humanity. One of which is the laptop which is a portable type of computer for better access. Lovely had her first netbook, a much smaller version of a laptop. It was very useful to her especially with her home works and projects because she can have access to Mr. Google throught the netbook. -
Flat Screen Television
A television is a necessity in every home of Filipinos. That is why on 2017 Mirasol's family upgraded to a flat screen television for better experience in viewing different media such as news, live broadcast, and etc.
