    Binet and Simon collaborated to design a sclae on which to measure intellegence.

    The Education for All Handicapped Children Act was enacted, We now know this as IDEA. It said that all children with disabilities were entitled to a free and appropriate education between the ages of 6 and 21.

    This was the first inclusion case. Its' ruling stated that if a child could be educated in a non-segregated setting the same was they are in a segregated one, they must not be segregated.

    EAHCA is reauthorized to include preschool children ages 3 to 5.
