Basically 2020 was the year of social media. With everyone having to stay indoors due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, everyone was looking for anything to entertain them. Businesses took to social media to survive, food delivery apps became a phenomenon, and Zoom/Skype became the main form of communication. What a year!
