    The present shooting range was dedicate in 1966 by then President Novice G. Fawcett in honor of Lt. Huge W. Wylie. The previous range was located at what is now the Ohio State Fairgrounds.

    Pistol team member, Joe Totts, broke the all-time school record of 563 in standard pistol at the Winter Open, held in Converse Hall on the OSU campus on Jan. 30.
